If you didn’t read Part 1 of my Old Navy situation… read that first. This here’s the update!
Yay! I got a call last night from Nicole – an obviously higher up manager from Old Navy at the Atlantic Center Mall. She said she was in a meeting when my situation went down and had she been there, she would have totally handled things differently. Of course they always want their customers to leave the store happy and she is sorry for the aggravation. She assured me that I could return the gray polo whenever I want and receive the amount I paid for it, exchange it for a new one or receive a store credit. She is alerting all managers on the staff about the incident and is making sure any and all of them allow me to return the item without hassle when I head back to Old Navy. She is also sending me a customer appreciation card in the mail. I assume this is a gift card of sorts.

I feel satisfied and glad I took the extra few minutes out of my day to make my little stink. Justice has been served.
