On the way home from buying groceries around seven o’clock this evening, the light was once again enchanting. The sun was shining on my apartment building and the bricks have this metallic-like sheen to them so the sun was giving them a sort of wet look.  With this photo, I was experimenting with a super shallow depth of field (1.4 aperture setting), standing really close to the wall with my 50mm lens.  I love how the wall is all distorted-looking – like a fun house mirror.
