EATER came out with this list of the city’s (and surrounding borough’s) twelve best new grilled cheese sandwiches on Friday.  I am sad to say I have only experienced ONE of these grilled cheeses personally (from Beecher’s when I was in Seattle).  I’m a bit disappointed in myself.  I like to think I’m on the cutting edge of cheesiness in New York – but oh well.  TASTING PROJECT for 2012!  Yet another thing to add to my list of 33 things to do while I’m 33!!
